i would try using a tracing website like findmypast.co.uk or 192.com

I have had huge success with this company called Stiebel Lethbridge & Co. They have previously found my half sister with ease.

I agree, I have recently used their services and they were extremely helpful with finding one of my family members. They always kept me updated and never left me in the dark
